These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the AktInfoTech website and the purchase of our digital IT services. By accessing this website or completing a payment, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services Offered

We offer the following paid digital packages (prices in INR):

  • Android App Development Package — Starts from ₹39,999
  • Web Application Development Package — Starts from ₹24,999
  • Payment API Integration Package — Starts from ₹9,999

Exact scope for custom work is confirmed after purchase via email / written agreement. Taxes may apply as per Indian law.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract under Indian law. You confirm that payment details used are authorized by you.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All listed prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.
  • Payment is due at checkout through our designated payment gateway.
  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment authorization.
  • Failed, cancelled, or unauthorized payments will not receive delivery.

5. Digital Delivery

Products/services are intangible and delivered electronically. Physical shipping does not apply. Delivery timelines are described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate billing and contact information
  • Respond to requirement clarification emails within a reasonable time
  • Provide necessary access (hosting, API keys, content) for delivery
  • Use deliverables only for lawful purposes

7. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment and final delivery of a custom project, ownership of project-specific source code developed for you is transferred as agreed in writing, except for third-party libraries, frameworks, open-source components, and AktInfoTech reusable tools/templates which remain our IP or their respective owners’ IP.

8. Acceptable Use

You may not use our services for illegal activity, fraud, malware, unauthorized financial schemes, or content prohibited by Indian law or payment network rules. We may refuse or terminate service for violations.

9. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed exclusively by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AktInfoTech’s total liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for that specific order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of profits, or data loss caused by third-party hosting, gateways, or user misuse.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to our grievance process, courts at Bettiah / West Champaran, Bihar shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections available under applicable law.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective Date” above will be revised accordingly. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
