2. SaaS Services Offered & Product Ownership

All software products listed on this website—including Genify Pro, Akt AI Assistant, Workflow Automation Suite, and Enterprise Developer API—are proprietary software-as-a-service (SaaS) products developed, owned, and operated directly by AktInfoTech.

Genify Pro is an AI SaaS product developed and operated by AktInfoTech. Subscriptions purchased through this website provide authorized digital access to the Genify Pro platform accessible at genifypro.com.

Subscriptions auto-renew monthly until cancelled. Taxes (such as GST) may apply as per applicable law and will be shown at checkout.

3. Account Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract under Indian law. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys.

4. Pricing, Billing & Automatic Renewal

• Currency & Display: Prices are displayed and billed in Indian Rupees (INR) for domestic transactions and US Dollars (USD) for international transactions as selected at checkout.
• Billing Frequency: All subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis starting from the initial transaction date.
• Automatic Renewal: By purchasing a monthly subscription, you authorize our designated secure payment gateway to automatically charge your chosen payment method on a monthly recurring basis until you cancel your subscription.
• Invoicing & Taxes: Digital tax invoices are generated electronically and dispatched to your email for every successful charge. Applicable taxes (such as GST in India) are itemized at checkout.
• Failed Payments: In the event of an expired card or failed payment attempt, software and API access may be temporarily suspended until payment is successfully processed.

5. Digital Delivery & Account Provisioning

All products sold on this website are intangible digital software services. Upon successful payment confirmation, account login credentials, dashboard URLs, and API keys are automatically provisioned and electronically dispatched to your registered email address within 5 to 10 minutes. 6. Acceptable Use Policy

When using our AI generation, cloud automation, and API endpoints, you agree NOT to:

• Generate illegal, abusive, harassing, or explicitly restricted materials.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or systematically overwhelm our servers and APIs beyond your assigned subscription tier quota.
• Resell, redistribute, or sub-license raw API credentials or software access without written authorization from AktInfoTech.
• Use the software for fraudulent schemes, spam dissemination, or cyber attacks.

AktInfoTech reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy without a refund.

7. Intellectual Property

AktInfoTech and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the SaaS platforms, algorithms, dashboard interfaces, documentation, and underlying software code. You retain ownership of all content, text prompts, and media synthesized or generated by you through the platform, subject to compliance with these Terms.

8. Cancellation, Renewal & Refund Policy

Subscriptions, renewals, and refunds are governed strictly by our Cancellation & Refund Policy:

• Self-Serve & Email Cancellation: You can cancel your monthly recurring subscription at any time via your user dashboard or by writing to support@aktinfotech.in.
• Access After Cancellation: Upon cancellation, your software and API access will remain active until the conclusion of your current paid billing cycle. You will incur no further recurring charges.
• 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: We offer a 100% money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers within 7 calendar days of their initial purchase date.
• Refund Processing: Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

9. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

AktInfoTech provides its digital SaaS products on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or related to your use of the software shall not exceed the actual amount paid by you to AktInfoTech in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to liability. AktInfoTech is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits or business interruption.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the purchase of subscriptions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bettiah / West Champaran, Bihar, India, without prejudice to consumer rights available under applicable law.

11. Policy Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any material changes will take effect upon posting with an updated Effective Date. Active subscribers will be notified via email of significant pricing or policy modifications before their subsequent billing renewal.
