1. Digital-Only Services & SaaS Products

AktInfoTech develops and operates proprietary digital Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) applications and cloud tools, including:

• Genify Pro: AI conversational intelligence & image generation web platform.
• Akt AI Assistant: AI copywriting and content drafting web tool.
• Workflow Automation Suite: Visual no-code cloud automation builder.
• Enterprise Developer API Access: Cloud-hosted developer endpoints and REST APIs.

We do not sell or ship physical products, hardware, printed manuals, or physical parcels. Consequently, postal shipping charges, freight handling, packaging fees, and courier tracking numbers do not apply to any transaction on this website.

2. Electronic Delivery Method & Provisioning

Delivery of all software services happens entirely electronically via automated systems:

• Automated Account Provisioning: Immediately upon successful payment confirmation from our secure payment gateway, your SaaS account is generated using the email address entered at checkout.
• Access Credentials Delivery: Login instructions, web dashboard links, workspace activation tokens, and any required API credentials are electronically dispatched directly to your registered email address.
• Invoice & Receipt: A digital invoice confirming your monthly subscription plan, amount paid, and transaction reference ID is sent simultaneously.

3. Delivery Timelines

Digital delivery and subscription activation are immediate and automated. Under standard operational conditions, you will receive your access credentials within 5 to 10 minutes following payment completion.

Note: In rare situations where payment gateway risk verification or banking confirmation is pending, electronic account provisioning may take up to a few hours. In all such cases, access is dispatched immediately once payment is confirmed.

4. Non-Receipt of Access Credentials

If your payment has succeeded but you have not received your account activation email within 30 minutes, please follow these steps:

3. If you still do not see your credentials, contact our support team at support@aktinfotech.in or call/WhatsApp +91 83758 70267 with your Transaction / Order ID. Our engineers will verify your transaction and re-issue your access credentials immediately.

5. Geographic Availability & Taxes

AktInfoTech digital SaaS subscriptions are accessible globally via standard web browsers and internet connections. No import/export duties or international physical shipping restrictions apply. Applicable software taxes (such as GST in India) are clearly itemized during checkout.
