Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Digital-Only Delivery

AktInfoTech provides digital IT services and software deliverables only. We do not ship physical products, hardware, printed materials, or parcels. Therefore, courier shipping charges, packaging fees, and physical tracking numbers do not apply.

2. Delivery Methods

Depending on the package purchased, delivery may occur via:

  • Secure email with download links
  • GitHub / GitLab repository access
  • Google Drive / cloud folder sharing
  • Direct deployment to the customer’s hosting / server
  • API keys, credentials, and configuration files via encrypted email

3. Delivery Timelines

Timelines start after (a) successful payment and (b) confirmation of project requirements:

  • Payment API Integration Package (starts from ₹9,999): 3–7 business days
  • Web Application Package (starts from ₹24,999): 10–21 business days
  • Android App Development Package (starts from ₹39,999): 15–30 business days

Complex custom scopes may require a revised timeline, which will be communicated in writing before work proceeds beyond the standard package.

4. Order Confirmation

After successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation and invoice email at the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your email is correct and check spam/junk folders.

5. Delays

Delivery may be delayed if:

  • Required content, logos, or credentials are not provided by the customer
  • Third-party approvals (hosting, Play Store, gateway KYC) are pending
  • Force majeure events (outages, natural disasters, government restrictions)

If delay is caused by AktInfoTech without valid reason, you may request status updates and, where applicable, remedies under our Refund Policy.

6. Failed Delivery / Non-Receipt

If you do not receive deliverables within the stated window, contact support@aktinfotech.com or call +91 99341 25678 with your transaction ID. We will re-send or re-share access promptly after verification.

7. Service Coverage

AktInfoTech provides digital IT services within India. Delivery is electronic (email, secure links, or deployment access). No physical shipping, customs, or courier charges apply. Applicable taxes, if any, will be communicated at checkout or in your invoice.
